DMCA Disclaimer
Content hosting
NaijaPrey does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video or media files on its own servers. All files referenced on this site are hosted by third-party file-hosting services over which we have no control. We only index publicly available metadata (titles, posters, descriptions) and links.
Copyright takedown requests
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content linked on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:
- Your full name, company, and contact email;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The exact URL(s) on this site you want removed;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid requests are reviewed promptly. Confirmed infringing links are removed from our index, typically within 48–72 hours. Because files are hosted by third parties, we also recommend sending your notice to the file host shown on the download page so the file itself is removed at the source.
Counter-notifications
If you believe a link was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
